YELLOW SKIN

Yellow vegetables can cause yellow skin. Yellow vegetables such as, squash and carrots contain carotene, which if eaten in excess may give a yellow tint to the skin. This harmless condition is termed carotenemia and is often confused with jaundice, which also gives a yellow color. Simply cutting down on the yellow foods takes away the yellow skin color.
