Well Child Checkups Newborn thru age 3 years $165.00
This is the standard 20 minute check up that Dr. Bob normally provides. It includes a complete physical exam, growth evaluation, handling any medical, behavioral or nutritional challenges, and answering several questions you may have.

Basic Checkups Newborn through age 3 years $130.00
This type of 10 to 15 minute checkup is for babies without any particular challenges and parents have only a few basic questions. You must specifically request this type of appt if this is what you would like.

Checkups for Children ages 4 through 18 $180.00
This 20 minute checkup includes everything you would typically expect in a thorough exam and discussion for children, including vision and hearing tests.

Extended Visits for complex issues $240.00
This 30 minute consultation is designed for children of any age who need a long discussion for complex problems.

Vaccine costs - vary from visit to visit, but will usually be between $60.00 and $120.00 dollars each visit.

Sick visits - these vary from $55.00 to $75.00 dollars depending on the time needed to assess your child.
