How to Wash Your Hands to Avoid Illness
It’s important to start being mindful about this huge way to stay well: wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds multiple times a day and don’t shake hands with anyone, bump fists or nudge elbows instead! Don’t assume the person is not a source of a virus just because you know him or her very well.
Remember, keeping hands clean is one of the most important things we can do to stop the spread of germs and stay healthy.
