- potato leek soup, non dairy, Imagine brand, 2
- potatoes, chopped, 3
- carrots, chopped, 5
- asparagus, cut into 11/2 inch pieces, 1 pound
- cloves of garlic, 4 large
- garlic seasoning, 1 tsp.
- sea salt, 2 tsp.
- black pepper, 1/2 tsp.
- cayenne, to your liking
Cook all ingredients until tender. To make your own potato leek base:
- potatoes, peeled and cut, 4 large
- leek, 1
- onion, diced, 1
- seasalt to tasteCook, then when soft, blend until smooth.
