- whole grain bread
- Canola mayonnaise spread
- favorite mustard or salad dressing
- California avocado slices
- cucumber slices
- tomato slices
- sprouts (broccoli, radish, alfalfa, etc.)
- sunflower seeds (preferably raw, sprouted)
- Optional: spinach leaves, cheese, hard boiled egg, soy bits
Spread bread with mayo and mustard (or salad dressing), then start piling on ingredients. For kids, you’ll need to make the stack a little shorter.
