Gaining Weight
The idea of gaining weight can be troublesome for certain women. The average suggested pregnancy weight gain for a woman is 25-30 pounds. Remember that the weight that you are gaining is to help your baby grow. It is true that you are now eating for two, but that does not mean to eat twice as much. Not all calories are created equal and it is essential that quality food is consumed. Adopting healthy eating habits during pregnancy will also assist in losing those pregnancy pounds after the baby is born.
